As an Ambassador for the Sole Focus Project for CMHA-WECB, we are bringing awareness to mental health in Windsor and Essex County. Unfortunately we may face challenges that can affect our daily routines and lives in a negative way. I think it is important to identify these feelings, think positive and be optimistic, and also reach out to a friend/mentor for guidance and encouragement. Express your feelings, and have an outlet to channel all these emotions. I suggest physical fitness and sports! You will feel good right away! Walking, biking, swimming, golfing, and playing basketball are all good choices, but my favourites are running and lifting weights!
