I am very proud to take a stand for mental health.

Why is there stigma attached to mental health?

We need to change that and we need to do it now!

As a leader in our community, I believe I have the responsibility to stand up for mental health. Too many keep their struggles to themselves and sadly too many take actions that cause heartache. I fully support the Sole Focus Project and I encourage you to do the same.
