Growing up I was bullied about my image. My goal as a Curve model and social media influencer for body positivity, is to share my love for myself as I am and my story about the road to loving myself. As an ambassador for the Sole Focus Project I want to share my story to inspire others to talk about mental health and the effects of social media on our mental health. We often forget that social media platforms are HIGHLIGHT reels. We don’t post about moments of sadness or raw emotions. We need to talk more about the importance of a healthy mind, body image and how to deal with emotions that can be overwhelming. It’s okay to not be OKAY.
