Mental health is a spectrum – we are all on it. It knows no bounds in terms of age, gender, race and it has likely touched every one of us in this community. We have an opportunity now to talk about it openly and provide help for those in need. We have much work ahead. I support the Sole Focus Project and the Canadian Mental Health Association as they work to remove the stigma around mental illness.
