Mental health is something that everyone needs to keep sacred. We often neglect the mental aspect of self care that our bodies need in order to live our lives to the fullest extent. Living in such a fast paced world, there are endless thoughts running through our minds. Sometimes we need to take time to take a breath and regroup and that’s okay. However, we need to always remember to be kind to our minds. As an ambassador of the Sole Focus Project, I truly believe we can break down the stigma around mental health through awareness, knowledge and understanding.
